“ A real Italian pizza place with a wood/burning pizza oven! The Ingless ( pancetta/portebello appeared more to be like bacon and regular mushroom) was our favorite. The pizza bottom was charred perfectly while the edge still offered a nice bite. Though thin crust, it is able to hold its sauce and cheese when folded. The running egg yolk in the middle would have made Anthony Bourdain the self-proclaimed "egg $lut" proud. The night's special pizza barcelona was good but tasted really just like sausage and pepper and did not stand out. We all enjoyed the big summer salad; you can taste each individual components (avocado, artichoke, mozarella, olives, tomatoes, basil, and lemon) yet all the ingredients blended together to make beautiful harmony. There was a long wait for the pizza (waitress said they were very busy) but we left feeling happy and satisfied. ”
